How do I get my address right?
Copy your mailbox details exactly as they appear in your profile. The line that matters most is the first one: NVR / your name. The store usually fills in the rest for you, down to the ZIP code. First order? Send us a screenshot before you pay and we’ll check it.
How long does it take?
Miami to Panama takes 2 to 3 business days, with flights every day. Before that comes the trip from the store to Miami, which takes as long as the shipping you pick at checkout.
How is my charge calculated?
Air shipments are charged per pound of actual weight, from $2.75/lb depending on your volume: you pay for what it weighs, not for the size of the box. We round up to the next full pound, with a 1 lb minimum, and you see your package’s charge before it reaches you.
Can you combine several packages into one?
Not for now: each package is received, shipped and charged on its own, just as it left the store. That way each one has its own tracking.
What if my package arrives damaged?
It rarely happens, and when it does, it usually left the store that way. We check every package when it arrives in Panama; if one is damaged, we photograph it and let you know so you can claim the warranty or a return from the store. We’ll help you through it.
Which store or shipping option should I pick?
Who carries the package to Miami matters more than the store. If you can choose, go with UPS, FedEx or DHL and avoid USPS: its deliveries to the Miami warehouse come without reliable confirmation, so we can’t answer for those packages.
